Scope of this policy

This policy applies exclusively to this website (www.rumy.app and its pages). It does not apply to the Rumy platform: data processing inside the product (accounts, payments, and prospecting data) is governed by the contractual terms and privacy documentation presented at signup.

Rumy, headquartered in Porto Alegre, Brazil, processes the personal data collected on this website in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) — Brazil’s GDPR-like data protection law — and acts as the controller of that data.

1. What data this website collects

  • Demo form: name, work email, and sales team size. Single purpose: scheduling and running the product demo and the resulting sales contact.
  • Cookies: an essential cookie records your choice in the consent banner. Usage-analytics cookies are optional and only activated if you accept them in the banner. Declining does not remove any site functionality.

We do not collect sensitive data on this website, and we do not use the form data for any purpose beyond the sales contact you requested.

2. Legal bases

The demo form is processed on the basis of pre-contractual procedures carried out at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V). Analytics cookies depend on your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data from this website is shared only with the providers that host it and, if you consent, with the audience-analytics tool — always limited to those functions. We may share data with authorities when legally required.

4. Retention

Demo form data is kept for as long as the sales contact lasts or until you request deletion. Cookie consent records live in your own browser.

5. Your rights

The LGPD grants you, among other rights: confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to contato@rumy.app. Our data protection officer responds through this same channel.

This policy may be revised to reflect changes to the website or to legislation. The current version will always be on this page, with the update date below.
